Applies paint, lacquer or other coating onto a variety of surfaces and materials, including walls, woodwork, fixtures, metal, Woodstock or fabricated items using a brush or spray gun. Uses hand scraper, wire brush, sandpaper or turpentine to clean surfaces and prepare for painting or retouching. Scrapes old paint from surfaces and places putty or filler in nail holes and cracks. Mixes colors, oils, thinners and other paint ingredients to obtain proper color or consistency.

Drafts existing conditions and prepares proposed plans and elevations for interior projects. Duties will include drawing up building plan and modifying designs throughout the project’s development.
