Assists in maintaining HVAC equipment, refrigeration equipment, specialty HVAC vaults, ice machines and kitchen equipment.
Applies paint, lacquer or other coating onto a variety of surfaces and materials, including walls, woodwork, fixtures, metal, Woodstock or fabricated items using a brush or spray gun. Uses hand scraper, wire brush, sandpaper or turpentine to clean surfaces and prepare for painting or retouching. Scrapes old paint from surfaces and places putty or filler in nail holes and cracks. Mixes colors, oils, thinners and other paint ingredients to obtain proper color or consistency.

Under the general direction of the Head of Procure to Pay, the Procurement Analyst serves as a data specialist and system administrator for various automated Procure to Pay Programs, including the Amazon Business Platform and the Procurement Card Program. Utilizes various reporting tools, PeopleSoft Purchasing Databases, and a multitude of tracking tools such as Excel and Power BI documents. Analyzes financial reporting tools, system needs, and user requests. Works with our Getty Digital team to assist in design, implementation, and maintenance of our reports and financial system solutions. Provides advice, guidance, and training to users. The Contracts Manager - Facilities Construction at Getty will oversee the review, drafting, and execution of construction-related contracts for Getty’s Facilities department. Reporting to the Head of Capital Projects, this role ensures compliance with institutional policies, California Public Contract Codes, and applicable regulations while assisting capital construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong construction contracts background, experience in construction accounting, and familiarity with various contract delivery methods. A legal or real estate background is preferred to enhance contract negotiation and risk management.
Oversees and directs one or more teams to complete grounds maintenance activities. Assures standards for safety and workmanship are met. Assists Supervisor with planning, estimation, problem solving, labor coordination and reporting.
Maintains, repairs, inspects, installs and replaces plumbing systems, pipes, fittings and fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas and drainage systems. Cuts, bends, threads and fits pipes with adjoining pipe assemblies. Repairs leaks and clears clogged drains. Installs sinks, showers, toilets, water heaters and related plumbing fixtures. May replace tile, replaster or paint walls through which holes have been made to gain access to plumbing. Interprets blueprints and works from sketches or verbal instructions. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
