We are seeking an experienced senior change management professional to join our growing change management practice in Getty Digital. This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of Getty’s Digital Roadmap. They will use their expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption. Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build staff capacity to perform change management.
