Job Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support for the Security Technical department. 

Major Job Responsibilities

The administrative duties to help support the department includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintain staff deployment schedules
  • Manage calendars for Supervisors and Technical staff
  • Assist Budget Analyst to process technical invoices and purchases
  • Arrange internal and external meetings for technical staff and other departments
  • Draft communications
  • Field calls and emails for technical service requests and forward to appropriate technical staff members and vendors
  • Support Badging Office with processing requests and maintaining records
  • Support Locksmith department by serving as point of contact for staff key issuance
  • Maintain list of pending projects and tasks
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience

  • Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Depending on assigned area, reading or conversation skills in one or more foreign languages preferred
