Job Summary

This position is dedicated to retail systems and logistics: overseeing the store POS software and hardware and e-Commerce-related platforms, as well as the movement of inventory between locations and online order fulfillment.

Major Job Responsibilities

  • One of the initial responsibilities of the position will be analysis of warehousing and online fulfillment operations, providing recommendations for improvements to and/or restructuring of systems and use of space, and managing the implementation of changes
  • Responsible for inventory control and warehouse logistics, ensuring efficient receipt, storage & fulfillment of stock
  • Partner with project stakeholders to plan and prioritize systems and warehouse projects
  • Manage expectations and deadlines for systems and logistics projects and programs, adjusting resources and priorities
  • Plans, implements and directs warehouse operations support to meet established productivity and service goals
  • Liaise with Getty Digital and external systems vendors to provide support for POS/inventory control software and hardware, as well as e-commerce and marketing CRM platforms, troubleshooting problems as they arise
  • Manage support staff consisting of Coordinator of e-Commerce and Warehouse Supervisor
  • Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate fulfillment of retail and wholesale orders and overall movement of merchandise through the warehouse cycle
  • Assist with setting annual operating expenses budget for warehouse and store supplies and oversee replenishmentr
  • Direct reports include the Warehouse Supervisor and e-Commerce Coordinator


  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience

  • Computer skills: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel; familiarity with logistics software, POS/inventory control software (Y2 preferred) , e-Commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
