Organizes and conducts training and institutional programs in coordination with management for promotional development, in-service training, and employee orientation. Prepares lesson plans including the method, media and documentation to be presented. Conducts follow up and maintains records of training activities. Tracks employee progress and analyzes program effectiveness. Participates in the design and development of training materials. Requires knowledge and understanding of adult learning theories. Designs and develops in-house training materials using various media. Prepares and supports staff to perform their job duties. Works with operations management team to identify training opportunities, and partner with operational supervisors and managers in the delivery of training.
