Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Head of Services manages the contracts, budgets, planning and staffing of multiple departments within Facilities including Community Affairs, Food Service, Events, Audio Visual, Mail Services, Warehousing and Custodial at the Getty Center and the Getty Villa, as well as other Getty properties. Establishes department objectives and interprets, executes and recommends modifications to department or division policies.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 15 years of Facilities management experience, preferably in a cultural arts or higher education environment. Strong technical skills and operations background. Master’s Degree preferred in business, facilities management or related field.
