Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the Head of Auxiliary Services Operations, will lead the organization in delivering a vision of a highly reliable, customer-oriented and collaborative organization with a focus on effective and efficient operation. Ability to maintain facilities to world-class presentation levels is critical to the Getty. The Head of Auxiliary Services Operations oversees contracts, budgets, planning and staffing of multiple departments including Community Affairs, Property Management, Food Service, Events, Audio Visual, Mail Services, Warehousing, Fleet Vehicles and Custodial at the Getty Center and the Getty Villa. Among the essential duties is establishing department objectives to then interpret, execute and recommend modifications to department or division policies as well as to serve as a key Facilities emergency leader to ensure Getty operations continuity.
