Provides administrative and technical support for all organization-wide employee benefits programs. Works with external recordkeeper in administering COBRA; assists with workshops/symposiums related to benefits and financial wellness; and conducts benefits-related sessions for new staff onboarding. Interacts with staff across the institution, responding to HR and benefits related inquiries. Assists with special projects as requested. Responsibilities necessitate confidentiality, awareness of regulations regarding privacy and strong customer service ability and attitude.
