Ensures that the Getty is able to procure goods and services at the best possible price by managing all aspects of highly complex contract life cycle from gathering requirements to monitoring post-award compliance for various internal clients. Manages a staff of various levels. Provides contract services in a timely manner with a high level of customer service/client satisfaction. Reviews and drafts contractual documents, negotiates the terms and conditions in contracts, prepares contracts for execution, monitors vendor’s compliance with contractual terms, prepares amendments and renewals when necessary. The Contract Administrator Specialist works independently on highly complex contracts, and leads special projects.
